Brewing Guidelines
Heat water to a boil and pour over tea in a teapot or strainer set in a cup. Steep 1.5 teaspoons (about 2 g) tea per 8 oz water for 3 – 5 minutes.
Always use filtered or spring water to fully enjoy the taste of your tea. For best results, brew using a teapot with a removable filter that allows the leaves to unfurl completely. Avoid tea eggs or other infusers that compress the tea leaves.
Storing Tea
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from strong odors. Not recommended to store in a clear container (such as a glass jar) as light can affect the shelf life of tea. Black tea should be consumed within 2 years of purchase for optimal flavor.
